I purchased a pre-owned Honda Motorcycle from Rocket Racing on 17 April 2015. The motorcycle had a few scratches as it had been dropped by the previous owner, and the exhaust was also scratched and dented. The salesman (Justin Kimmerling), offered to replace the exhaust before I purchased the motorcycle, as he said that he had a spare one in stock. I sent many text messages to the salesman, and he promised to fit the exhaust on 28 April 2015. This was however not done, and I then sent him an email on 28 April to ask about the exhaust. <br> I did not receive any reply to this mail.<br> <br> I then sent an email on 26 May 2015 to make an appointment to fit this exhaust on. I received a response within the hour, to ask if I would like to purchase an exhaust or if I would like to supply my own. I responded, and reminded the salesman that he had promised to supply me with an exhaust. He then responded that they were having the shop cleaned the following day, and would look for the exhaust.<br> On 28 May, I sent an email to follow up on the matter, to which I received no reply. I had also copied the manager into the mail. I sent another mail on 1 July, and another on 9 July, and still no reply.
