Hi it is now the 4th time I gave in my Sony Z3 for repairs. Every time I get my phone back a new problem occurs. The first time I gave it in was for a yellow dot on the phones display... when I got it back the camera's auto focus didn't work.. I sent it back for repairs, when I got it back my magnetic charging didn't work so I sent it back in for repairs the company SSS cellular that works on the phone said the phone was declared NFF. I got my phone back and had to send it back in for repairs after I showed Vodacom that the phone is still not fixed.. The last time I sent in my phone I also sent SSS cellular a email that said everything that was faulty with my phone after they had it for repairs, but they ignored my email and sent my phone back to Vodacom without repairing it.. Also my phone is now scratched after SSS cellular in Johannesburg had it. It is almost a month that I am without my phone. To who can I talk about this because this is unacceptable..
