I have been an agency nurse for Nurses on Call for the past 3yrs and and in the tax period of 2017-2018 when I asked for my IRP5 I was told there had been a technical error and they couldn't find it so they promised to refund all the money they had been taxing me for the whole year. I spoke to Roy Singh and he assured me that I would not be facing the same problem coming tax year. This year 2019 I asked for my IRP5 which again I am told there was again a technical error now funny enough there is stories about speaking to the director about refunding the money taxed, I am being taxed over r1200 a month which is not being paid to SARS and when I requested for my payslips as they don't send payslips there was stories again about the payslips I was told the finance person that can send me the payslips is not there. This to me is clearly tax evasion and fraud from Nurses on Call and I have been taxed for 12 months over r1200 every month I will be reporting this to SARS.
So MTN respondend to my report but what is even more suprising is that they the email says find attached the insurance letter and yet there is no attachment, i somehow think this is being done on purpose and i am failing to understand why must you respond to an email because it has been reported on hellopeter, i replied to say there is no attachment but i get no response, this is frustrating and very unproffessional of a big company like MTN.
I was robbed of my laptop on the 20th of May? I immediately called MTN to report this and i was told to go report the case to a police station, i did that the very next morning which was the 21st and emailed it through to MTN, they sent response that i should fill in a claim form, i did and sent it back to them, up until now i still dont have a replacement for that laptop when i call in i am told to wait for response i have emailed countless time with no response and when i get through to the callcenter they say call insurance directly and when i call them it says MTN insurance is having an error in network then call gets cut. I have even went in to the stores and they tell me they cant help with out the response from their insurance department, last month i got an email that said my claim has been approved but it was not addressed to me yet it came to my mailbox, then later that very week i got another one that said MTN is still waiting for the price of the laptop from the supplier of which to me it doesnt make sence that they have the price list of laptopts but they say they are waiting for pricelist from somewhere. This is such BAD SERVICE i regret insuring with MTN.
