Good afternoon, this is with great disappointment that I have to write this email. I bought a pair of Saucony shoes at Run in Bellville January 2021. ( I must mention that I could not use the shoes February or March as I had an operation. I also had Covid twice that I also couldn’t wear the shoes) I went to them as someone recommended them. They recommend Saucony shoes for walking. I bought a pair of R3000. This week I felt my feet get wet when I walk on grass, and saw to my huge disappointment that both shoes are crack on the sole. I went to Run this morning who are not prepared to help at all and mentioned that the shoes is only guaranteed for 3 months, how is that possible?Very unfriendly staff, will never use or recommend them again. I also send a email with photos to Omni-Sport, according to them shoes only have warranty for 6 months, who can afford to buy every 6 months new shoes for R3000 to exercise? Will definitely not recommend Saucony shoes to anyone
Maxitools is a SCAM company. I have ordered a mixer for nearly a R1000 from them on the 16 the of July 2020. After a week I send them an e-mail, they replied that they busy moving and normally delivery takes 7 working days. I e-mailed a week later no luck. I send them a message through Facebook, and tried to phoned Victor who is apparently the director, no luck. Tuesday night a Jim phoned me, apologizing and promised my money will be in my account in 48 hours. Nothing happened! I tried to phone him, did not answer, send messages no luck. Please they not supposed to scam more people.
I want to complain about the service of Telkom( no service is a better name) about two months ago we experienced the same problem, we can receive e-mails but could not send e-mails, after phoning the call Centre several times we went to TelkomN1 city where a guy quickly rectify the problem. About a week ago the same problem occurred. We went back to N1 city where a guy (Keenyn) helped us on Tuesday the 10th, according to him it must be a problem with my iPad he could not rectify it and after I was there I cannot receive nor even have an email account. According to him he locked a call and a IT specialist will contact me in 48 hours. Friday the 13th I phoned the call Centre and spoke to Nandipha reference ********** 6, after spending 38 minuets on the phone she said no call were locked and it is a IT matter someone will phone me in 48 hours again nothing. I want to tell everyone how pathetic Telkom is, I do not want to make use of them anymore.
<p>My handbag need a magnetic clip. I hand it in at Barksole Paarl on the 16th of June 2016. It was supposed to take 2weeks, I went regularly to find out about my handbag. After a month I ask them to send the handbag back and is still waiting. I went to them on the 15th of August. The guy gave me a claim form, I told him I want my handbag back, I bought it in Florence and has sentimental values. I phoned head office and a Tanya told me that they will investigate, I phone them again today, and as always they will come back to me. They are pathetic. </p>

They contacted us after the complaint and made arrangements to collect the treadmill, which they did on the 21st of August. It is almost 3 weeks ago, they phoned me two weeks ago to tell me they have to replace the motor, which I could not think why as it was the control switch of incline that do not work, but I agree to this, I received an sms to let me know that they will drop the treadmill yesterday , when I phoned the afternoon, he was just about to phone me, when tested the treadmill, they find there is a problem with the incline, as were told to them in July, he will phone me in the next 15 minutes, I phoned at 14h20 and is still waiting, there service is really pathetic and would not recommend them at all!<br> 22 minutes ago
We logged a call on the 22nd of July 2015 for our Trojan Treadmill to be repaired. They came out on the 5th of August to repair the Treadmill. On the 11th when I wanted to use it for the first time, the incline was still faulty as per my original complain. I phoned and lodged a complain on the 12th of August, the lady promised that someone will call me back. This morning I try calling the Cape Town number, was just ringing. Phone the call centre, the put me through to Cape Town, MTN voice mail. It is really poor service!
