Since installation I had ongoing problems with this company. Starting with their sloppy work, leaving your business in a absolute mess where they worked. Once installation is done and they received their money, trust me you are left by yourself, they do not answers your calls, or mails, and not replacing their faulty equipment. Also they are not keeping to any promises or appointments!!!! And then you get called a difficult client, this is how they discuss you with their co-workers, as one of their own workers told me I get called the full of **** client in office. If your installation was professional and your equipment working then surely I have nothing to complain about!!
On 29 Nov 2015, I tried to do EFT from my Business Account just to find out that I cant and my account was blocked due to fica, no one informed that the account will get blocked. I had to go in to bank to sort this out, just after that to find out that my card was blocked as well and Absa didnt unblocked it at the same time.<br> <br> Today, 1st Desember same thing happend, I cant do any payments due to the same reason!!! All my debit orders will bounce becasue I cannot even pay my own salary. I am running a business I cant pay my suppliers!!!!<br> <br> I am so done with ABSA, you are the worse bank I ever chose!!!
I went to Absa Alberton on 27 July 2015 and opened a new business account, Absa had a new system in place and I sat 3 hours with Buti to open this new account ( i did not have an issue with that as i do understand).<br> After the account was opened they ran out of card stock.<br> I went back to ABSA on 17 August to get a card, just to be informed that the account was blocked. I phoned Buti to sort this out and he informed me he doesn't know why it is blocked, he is not getting positive feedback on the reason. This means for nearly a month Buthi couldn't sort out this problem, and he didn't inform me.<br> Now Buthi is telling me to go back into the bank and open a new account, now this after I already updated this new account on all my clients invoices and my clients cannot pay me due to this nonsense. I have been a Absa client for more than 15 years and this is the service i get.<br> I need this account activated a.s.a.p I cannot go back into the bank and open a new account and again change the account with all my clients.<br> Absa just cannot sort this out.<br> Buti has become so rude, he doesnt even greet me when our conversations are over, he just blatantly hangs up.<br> I am sick of this attitude!!! <br> <br>
