They are big ****MERS, very arrogant to customers, they don't respond to anything, they don't communicate, they lie and say high sales volume but they keep on advertising the same things that's out of stock 💔🥹
The very very poor service I am getting from Vodacom leaves me with no words. In March 2021 I was called and told that I am a very good and loyal customer I therefore deserve a discount on the contract I had for so many many years, instead of getting a discount a wrong contract which is costing far more than what I've been paying is loaded on my profile. I called since April to date nothing has been done amid being told that all will be rectified and I will get my refunds. Promises are never adhered to, changes are not made. I am very tired and disgusted of the poor service I am receiving from Vodacom. I want my refund and the contract be changed back to what it has been all along.
????I am very disappointed at Pick n Pay. I bought an electric blanket last year around June, I only used it for winter and not even on a daily basis, however, this year when I switched it on, the one side was not working. Just to cut this long disappointing story short of the ups & downs I had to go through and the bad service I received from Pick n Pay Steeledale, I was very patient with the whole thing however I see nobody is taking me serious. I was promised twice that it will be replaced with a new one, however, the first replacement, I was despised to the lowest degree one could think of, I was given a filthy, stinking, full of fluffs blanket. I sent a message to head office to complain, the matter was referred back to Pick n Pay Steeledale. Got no response I had to call to follow up on why am I not getting any response. Then the manager called me on Monday the 24th stating that the new blanket will be delivered on Sat the 29th. I did not question why only on Sat as they have an online service which they could have used, especially after I stated my long disappointing and frustrating story to Head Office. I waited the whole day on Sat no call, no delivery. It is now Monday evening 18:00 no call, no apology. Obviously my complaint is not taken serious, no one follows up on complaints and make sure that whatever they have promised is being fulfilled. ????
I went to Builders Warehouse (4 July 2015) seeking a sliding door cupboard. Upon arrival I saw the the doors displayed on the floor with a price of R2200, I then approached the consultant to confirm what I had seen. The consultant told me I will receive the doors in a box (This includes 2 doors & the rail) all I need to do was to choose the type of wood as the other was a mirror sliding door.

Two weeks later I went back to Builders with the intention to purchase the doors, they then told me each door was sold at the price of R2200 excluding the rail which was not the information I was provided with initially. I started liasing with a lady named Victoria Nwokoro (MANAGER) since 24 July 2015. She came back to me once and told me she has refered the matter to Senior Management and I have been following up with no success.

Builders must adhere to CPA Rules & Regulations.
Eg: Disclosure of Information

Consultants need to undergo regular training about the price, products & customer service to avoid such mishaps.

I tried going instore, sending emails & telephonic communication. This did not help with my frustration as I am behind with renovating my home.
