DEPOSIT REFUND

After several requests and waiting for 29 days for my deposit it was finally returned to me. R 1750.00 was deducted. The deduction was unjustified, because the two small cracks in the window were caused by the renovators of the building and I did report it when it happened. I did report it to Nick Judes father, which was working their at the time - Roy Jude. Roy Jude was also the one which signed me up to the flat. Whenever their was a problem I contacted Roy Jude.<br> Nick Jude contradicted himself in many conversations saying his father never worked for Megaprop. <br> We left the place more improved as we got it and I was charged for : <br> - small patch of uneven painting on the wall. I bought the right paint from Roy Jude, to tidy up little scratches, <br> - cracks in two windows<br> - little damage on the wall (movers), which I wanted to fix, but I was told by Nick Jude, he will not wait till I fix it, although it was only the 28th of the months. I written many letters to Nick Jude, requesting a proper invoice. I was threatened by him, that if I expose his company (defarmation), he will sue me - I am still waiting for an valid invoice for my money deducted.
