I phoned the gym on 17 August 2015 at 6 am they open at 5am. To get my cancelation fee according to Tanya Michelle was not in and she will ask her to do it for me. after 5 calls that day to them last one at 14:00 still no answer I told them I want to pay that day.<br> Wednesday I phoned still no answer went in to find out what's going on Michelle didn't do it yet. the lady in front was very rude to me. According to them I made I scene in front the gym, I didn't there was only 3 people and I asked for my fees I want to pay.<br> After a week no answer today 24 August 2015 I phoned after 3 calls finally got my answer Michelle was very rude to me on the phone saying I must talk to her if I have problems but how can I when she's never there and her people is so rude. She was really rude and mean to me.She said this is the last time she's working it out because she done it twice now and I only have 10 days to pay. I couldn't made the payment earlier cause I didn't have to money to pay otherwise I would. In May my cancelation fee was R550 second one R590 now it is R745.
