The previous post from myself regarding this service provider was incorrect in terms of the 'problem' and 'headline'. The Statement about unethical behavior should not have been posted. The 'headline' should read POOR SERVICE. I extend an apology to the service provider.
Recently acquired a property through Caroline Franks. <br> The service received after the OTP had been signed was poor and most time non-existent.<br> The conditions of sale were not met by the seller but the agent refused to step in and assist or force the seller to comply. The agent just got paid her commission and disappeared.<br> I am still fighting with the transferring attorney and seller regarding unfinished contractual obligations.
Used the attorney as a transferring attorney on a property acquisition. The reference for use was made by the seller, who is coincidentally an estranged spouse. Karla, did not meet with me once during the transaction period and just kept sending bills for payment.<br> Karla, then lodged documents at the deeds office and proceeded to register the transfer without confirmation that the contractual conditions had been met. the transfer was completed whilst important conditions such as electrical COC and repairs on the property had not been completed.<br> Karla insists that it is not her duty to ask the purchaser if he is satisfied that the conditions of sale has been met, prior to her lodging the paperwork.
