I would have contacted Dineplan directly if they had a platform for customer care but they don't. The fact customers now have to pay an extra R10 fee is another exploitation of how people try to make money where ever they can. Business' are already paying Dineplan's fee to showcase their restaurants- now the customers are paying too. Chances are you won't feel the shame though.
After many years of trying to find a reliable waterproofing company for leaking roofs, we found a truly committed, very reliable, honest, effective, solution focused, and extremely knowledgeable company who we have now used and will only ever use for roofing for many years. Can't say enough good things about this company and have recommended them to many others who ring these praises equally.
Not a real spa - extremely noisy front office staff laughing and talking at the top of their voices, generally unprofessional, slap stick and ice cold showers with little to no apology.
Eezi Move takes NO accountability. Spent close to R20k on moving, one of their workers broke a household item due to negligence at a cost of R4k. Despite sending them quotes, they offered a R1k compensation with a hundred conditions. Ruan told me on the day it would be sorted, then he avoided me forever. Was given the run of the mill. No apologies, no respect, no compensation. Never Again!
