I presented a Dineplan voucher at a restaurant a few months ago, and it was declined by the restaurant, which said that the voucher had expired or had already been redeemed. I would like to query this, and cannot find any contact details for Dineplan. It appears they do not allow direct contact with them and I'm hoping they can be reached via this platform.

I would have contacted Dineplan directly if they had a platform for customer care but they don't. The fact customers now have to pay an extra R10 fee is another exploitation of how people try to make money where ever they can. Business' are already paying Dineplan's fee to showcase their restaurants- now the customers are paying too. Chances are you won't feel the shame though.

We received a Dineplan Voucher and after researching and booking via the Dineplan App at a Restaurant listed as a participating which was Tyler's Umdloti, We were extremely disappointed and embarrassed that when it came to paying the Bill, The Restaurant did not accept the Voucher, this after checking in with the Restaurant on 2 separate occasions as well as the Waitress prior to us ordering

In an experience of shrinking violets, where banks, the government and many suppliers have abandoned us to our own devices, this company has applied their talents to making trade possible, wherever possible and not interdicted by our thoughtless politicians. At no cost to us, they have changed reservation systems to online ordering, they have cut their fees by 75%, and continue to refine their offering to enhance our ability to survive. Also worth noting that they are especially patient with those of us that are not online literate. I shudder to think where we might be without their expertise and "can DO" attitude. Thanks guys
