My kitty furbaby is really not well and I have to take her to the vet tomorrow. I got assistance extremely fast, despite notification of a high call volume. My furbaby (cat) has severe arthritis in his lower back and hind legs and needs to be on chronic medication. *Krystal Munsami* from OnePlan Pet Insurance went above and beyond to assist me with this matter. She was extremely efficient, extremely patient, spend a really long time explaining everything to me. She assisted me with a Pet Med Booster which doubles my furbaby's chronic medication limit at less than R100. Krystal Munsami and OnePlan Pet Insurance.....you are the BEST!! Thank you! Anyone looking for excellent Pet Insurance? *ONEPLAN* is by far the *best‼️*

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance. I received AMAZING service from *KELLY* today. Kelly, you are a star! Not only did you process KitKat's claim in less than 5 minutes, but in the same time you've also assisted me with Arabesque that needs to see the vet today. You went above and beyond to assist me and I'm so thankful! *You* are sincerely appreciated. OnePlan is the best insurance plan out there and I recommend it 100percent ‼️

WORST SERVICE EVER FROM FASTAWAY COURIERS!
If I could give this courier company MINUS 5 stars, it would still be a too good rating. They are PATHETIC!! DO NOT USE THEM!! EVER! EVER‼️‼️‼️ I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for ages! When I phoned today to query I had to hear they have no couriers available today to deliver my parcel! PATHETIC SERVICE ‼️ They are super unorganized and clueless!!

I had some problems with a pet claim
