I need guidelines of how to transfer my paid up home loan. 2.5 weeks ago I went to nedbank sandton, no one could help & was told to go to reception who made a call to customer service. The young man I spoke to said he could not help. I asked to speak with a manager, manager not there, I ask for an assistance manager, not there. He said someone will call me to assist, I have received NO CALL. SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES 4 TIMES, WAITED FOR AGES TO GET TO SPEAK WITH A CONSULTANT. 1ST ONE PUT THE PHONE DOWN. 2ND ONE SAID SHE COULD NOT FIND MY HOME LOAN. 3RD ONE PUT THE PHONE DOWN. 4TH ONE WAS A BIT MORE HELPFUL, I GAVE HER MY PHONE NUMBER, THE CALL WAS DROPPED.......GUESS WHAT SHE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. 3 WEEKS ANDVIVE HAD NO ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE AT NEDBANK. ANDVI NEEDCTO TRANSFER MY PROPERTY INTO MY NAME AS I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING. THIS IS A DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM A BANK. NO WONDER YEARS AGO I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM & WENT TO FNB. I PHONED FNB ABOUT MY PROBLEM, FNB HAVE ASKED ME TO COME INTO THEIR BRANCH AND THEY WILL INFORM ME OF MY NEXT MOVE, THEY ALSO SAID I MUST BRING IN MY PAPERWORK & THEY WILL ASSIST ME. FOOD LOVERS MARKET @ MORNING GLEN SHOPPING CENTRE. THEY HAVE A PENSIONERS DAY ON TUESDAY. WHEN I WENT THERE TO BUY VEGGIES & CHEESE THEY DID NOT HONOUR THE DISCOUNT, WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THEY SAID THAT I HAD BOUGHT EVERYTHING ON PROMOTIO, WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. I HAVE BEEN BUYING A WHITE CHEESE FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AT THE SAME PRICE AS TODAY. I WAS VERY UPSET TO BE TOLD "WELL THERE IS NO PENSIONERS DISCOUNT". I SHALL NOT USE THIS STORE AGAIN I SHALL GO TO THE BRANCH IN SUNNINGHILL, WHERE THE STAFF ARE FAR MORE FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS. I GIVE THIS STORE NO STARS.

I have been a client of FNB for 10 years, & I must say I've had good service. I want information to open a Unit Trust with their Horizon platform. But I require further information before I commit. I have made 3 requests for someone to contact me, via the FNB app. Until today I have not received a call from anyone in their financial dept. I went into a FNB branch & was informed there was no one who could help me & I should apply via the app. The consultant, obviously did not listen to me or did not understand. I'm very upset with the level of customer service from the FNB & I am wondering if this is the bank for me, as there seems to no concern for me "the customer".
I have been a client of Oneplan for 11/12 years. I have always been happy with their service, until recently. Before joining Oneplan I had a stroke, but fully recovered, with no lasting effects. I also had my tonsils removed at age 7, I am now 73. My policy never had a risk amount, but all of sudden Oneplan have loaded a risk amount over and above my monthly policy contributions. With no advance warning, if they had told me I would have questioned it. On phoning Oneplan to inquire about this amount, I was informed it was for "Pet Insurance", which is odd as I don't have a pet. This approach fron one Plan is daylight robbery and I will take this further. Be very careful full if you join this company. They have added a n OTC to the policy, which has turned out to be a nightmare, even the pharmacist told me not to bother, as it was a waste of our time and effort. All for a cover of R280 per YEAR (go figure that) but Oneplan act as if its giving you a life saving benift. I am becoming increasingly unhappy with oneplan and their service.
ONE Plan medical insurance bend over backwards to assist clients. I have had nothing but fabulous service from each person I have dealt with, making life easier. The only problem I have is their NEW OTC facility which they added to my policy. No real information or guidelines of how to use the NEW OTC. IN MY MIND IT SHOULD COVER, VITAMINS (to keep your body healthy) TOOTHPASTE FOR SENSITIVE TEETH & GUMS (less dentist visits) & anything else that keeps your body healthy. SO IN SUMMARY THE "NEW OTC BENIFIT" IS NO REAL BENIFT & ITS A PAIN IN THE A... because One Plan need a pharmacy invoice stating patient name, pharmacy, medication ?????. Pharmacist tells me it's a totally unreasonable request, when a till slip should be acceptable. IT TURNS OUT THAT THE "NEW ADDED BENIFT " MEANS NOTHING IN REALITY & IS A HEADACHE TO PHARMACY & CLIENT. Also while I'm about it, I'm 73 why in heavens name should I have 'PREGNANCY COVER' RATHER PLEASE PUT THAT AMOUNT TO WHAT I REALLY NEED.....NOW AT MY TIME OF LIFE. THANK YOU.
Do not trust this company with your chairs & couches or anything that needs upholstery. The job they do is absolutely rubbish & they are unwilling to rectify their mistakes. And cushions filled with cut up foam & off cuts of material with no inner covers so you can't take off the cushion covers, everything falls out. The material is cheap & not at all what you chose. I need to warn about this company so others don't get conned, like we did. Now they are not answering our WhatsApp or calls. These people are frauds, & request money up front. BEWARE OF THEM they are situated on the corner of Witkoppen & Main Roads. Their names are Hilary & Simba.
The bad service, I listed on Hellopeter, from FNB INSURANCE & OMNI INSURANCE was not addressed from either side, just empty words of apologies. I even sent them photos of the appalling workmanship. My warning stay away.
After mu recent review of FNB Homwowners Insurance, I'm grateful to say that FNB Ins & Omni Ins have both stepped up and have undertaken to investigate my complaint. So a thumbs up (hope it's not premature) to them both for this customer service. Thank you Aubery & Lyle it is appreciated. I'll keep you up dated to the out come.
Fnb homeowners insurance, run away as fast as you can. The lack of service is appalling. I had complaints with the level of service supplied by FNB & their contractor. The completed repairs I would not have paid for such substandard work. On complaining to FNB the claims lady said 'oh it's our fault we dropped the ball, with not word of apologie. Was promised a call from a supervisor called Dominic, which I have been waiting 4 months for!!!!go figure that one. YOU HAVE BEEN WARMED
