I presented a Dineplan voucher at a restaurant a few months ago, and it was declined by the restaurant, which said that the voucher had expired or had already been redeemed. I would like to query this, and cannot find any contact details for Dineplan. It appears they do not allow direct contact with them and I'm hoping they can be reached via this platform.
Their online platform for dealing with queries is very inefficient. We can't have a voice conversation with them. Everything is handled via WhatsApp, and their representatives handle multiple calls at once, so responses can take ages. My problem is that there is an error on the banking details I sent when I signed up resulting in my debit order being returned every month and my service being terminated until I can resolve it. It's not possible to speak to anyone to update the details, and their online interaction is unable to solve the problem. Last month I managed to get an email address of a person who could help me. This month that person is unresponsive. This is extremely poor customer service and it seems reporting it here might be the only way to get some attention.
