Having purchased a cot from the store and assembling the screws came loose from the cot. I returned it 3 days later as it quite a drive to the greenstone mall. I returned the cot only to be told that we are unable to be refunded the money immediately due to store policy. The owner does not allow for immediate refunds and as a client I needed to wait up to 2 days for an EFT to place. I am still waiting for my refund. Seems client satisfaction isn't priority. Kindly refund the R2200 immediately as I have returned the defective product. This is against CPA!!!
