Good day I have returned my late baby’s unused items on Friday 27 December which were never used since I had a stillborn, now mom and me is giving excuses to refund me, saying that the car seat have scratches n looks like it was used or installed…which never happened, my son never got a chance to get on it and I also did not get a chance to install it. This shows that they had sold me the car seat that had scratches, how can it get scratches from the box? The lady who received my items promised to refund me the same day she received them, and also now she’s mentioning that she can only pay once all the items are returned wherelse I did buy the items on the same day. This is so painful 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

<p>We had puchased a number of products from this store for our baby's nursery last year. At the beginning of the year my wife went through to the store and requested for a pillow to be made for our son which would also have his names embroidered on it, as this was a service offered within the store. She was notified a few DAYS later that the pillow was ready for collection. My wife had already spent around R500 for this. Arriving there she saw that our son's second name had been omitted. Looking at the slip, my wife specified that she requested that both names be embroidered. The store agreed to return the pillow to the people responsible for it and recitfy the error by making a new pillow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Six MONTHS have passed and we still have not received any word on this pillow. My wife tried on numerous occasions to follow up. She even spoke to the manager to which various excuses were given for the delay and false promises of updating communication were made within the day. The store never contacted us and we were always making the effort to find out every few days.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife and I called individually today where we were finally told SIX MONTHS LATER that the names and pictures would not fit on the pillow case. The store continued to make absurd excuses and suggested that we be refunded, but neither my wife nor I have the inclination to entertain this as this is a matter of principle more than anything else and that is why we are so irate. Could these people not have had the courtesy to have informed us? Was it really necessary for us to be so annoyed whereas to leave such a bitter taste in our mouths?</p> <p> </p> <p>It is out character for us to speak unfavourably of other persons or businesses, hence that is why we toletrated this shocking treatment for so long. However it is critical that the public be made aware of the despicable service that is being offered by this store.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I do I find interesting is that all of the reviews about this store on "Hello Peter" are of a negative nature, but what I find even more unacceptable is that "Me Mom and Dad" have not even had the decency to respond to these reviews from the complaing parties.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting!</p>

We wanted to buy a Bebe confort travel system that we saw in store but when we asked for it they said it was out of stock. We asked if they could order the exact same system in black like the one they had on the floor. They said yes and that it would take about 1 week to arrive. It arrived 4 days later and they called us to collect. We payed the full amount upfront before they placed the order. On arrival to collect the pram and car seat we noticed the color and car seat were different to the ones we wanted. The employees argued with us and said that this is the new system and that the other system is discontinued. We told them that it was not what we ordered as they said they could order us the EXACT same system. Eventually we decided to ask for a refund. They could not reverse the card transaction for some reason and that they needed our bank details to make a bank transfer. We gave them the details and they said the money will be refunded by Monday as this was a Saturday afternoon. Its Wednesday and we still don't have our money. The owner \FORGOT"to pay us. I will never support that store ever again!!!!"""

Having purchased a cot from the store and assembling the screws came loose from the cot. I returned it 3 days later as it quite a drive to the greenstone mall. I returned the cot only to be told that we are unable to be refunded the money immediately due to store policy. The owner does not allow for immediate refunds and as a client I needed to wait up to 2 days for an EFT to place. I am still waiting for my refund. Seems client satisfaction isn't priority. Kindly refund the R2200 immediately as I have returned the defective product. This is against CPA!!!

We purchased a lot of items from their shop for a baby shower for one of our staff members at work. One item was a Baby Gym for R 850-00, another Baby Gym was found and purchased for half the price. We tried to return the baby gym today and were told categorically no refund! The issue is this was purchased with a company credit card, and we were issued a voucher for R 850 forcing us to spend more money at this store we don't need anymore baby stuff just our money back? This is totally unacceptable to my company as we need to show the cash back in our account. There are apparently signs up but really who notices the signs in the shop, this was not communicated at time of purchase nor does it state anywhere on the tax invoice that refunds are not possible! This should have been escalated to management to deal with!

We purchased a lot of items from their shop for a baby shower for one of our staff members at work. One item was a Baby Gym for R 850-00, another Baby Gym was found and purchased for half the price. We tried to return the baby gym today and were told categorically no refund! This should have been escalated to management to deal with!
