I've been meaning to send this review from September and I'm glad that I'm finally able to. We installed Fibre in our complex in August and we opted for the Cell C package with regards to Wi-Fi. The consultant that attended to us was Henry Zinn. He was extremely efficient in communication and delivery when it came to installation. We experienced some difficulties a few days later (which was a fault from the side of the Fibre installers), but Henry was quick to attend to this matter and to ensure that it was resolved timeously and correctly. I am grateful for Henry's service. Thank you!
<p>We had puchased a number of products from this store for our baby's nursery last year. At the beginning of the year my wife went through to the store and requested for a pillow to be made for our son which would also have his names embroidered on it, as this was a service offered within the store. She was notified a few DAYS later that the pillow was ready for collection. My wife had already spent around R500 for this. Arriving there she saw that our son's second name had been omitted. Looking at the slip, my wife specified that she requested that both names be embroidered. The store agreed to return the pillow to the people responsible for it and recitfy the error by making a new pillow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Six MONTHS have passed and we still have not received any word on this pillow. My wife tried on numerous occasions to follow up. She even spoke to the manager to which various excuses were given for the delay and false promises of updating communication were made within the day. The store never contacted us and we were always making the effort to find out every few days.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife and I called individually today where we were finally told SIX MONTHS LATER that the names and pictures would not fit on the pillow case. The store continued to make absurd excuses and suggested that we be refunded, but neither my wife nor I have the inclination to entertain this as this is a matter of principle more than anything else and that is why we are so irate. Could these people not have had the courtesy to have informed us? Was it really necessary for us to be so annoyed whereas to leave such a bitter taste in our mouths?</p> <p> </p> <p>It is out character for us to speak unfavourably of other persons or businesses, hence that is why we toletrated this shocking treatment for so long. However it is critical that the public be made aware of the despicable service that is being offered by this store.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I do I find interesting is that all of the reviews about this store on "Hello Peter" are of a negative nature, but what I find even more unacceptable is that "Me Mom and Dad" have not even had the decency to respond to these reviews from the complaing parties.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting!</p>
