Good day I took a contract late last year with Vodacom. It was a 24 months 2 TB home Wi-Fi and upon taking my contract, was told that I can migrate to a lower data which is one terabyte if 2 TB is too much. Now that I have been spending a maximum of 50 GB on a monthly , that was confirmed by Vodacom Customer Care. Wow actually I was paying 599 for 50 GB for like four months if not mistaken and now I’m like where is the rest of the data going to? LOL I was told that is being carried over to the following month, there comes my question carried over to who? Clearly not to me as I’m not even using more than 50 GB monthly. I’m definitely paying for the data that I am not using in this case, the network is terribly bad, videos are bluffing and I still have to pay the 660 for the service that I’m not receiving. That took me back to the day when I took my contract, and I was like why don’t I just migrate to one terabyte unfortunately I was told that there is a cancellation fee of over R1000 which I was never informed about. And I believe if I was told by the sales person on that day, I was never gonna take the contract so basically I was *******.At this point I am financially strained and trying to cut all the unnecessary costs. I am writing this with a very painful and bleeding heart, for the fact that I was taken pillar to post with my matter and with no one actually assisting accordingly. I requested to be transferred to the cancellation department whereby I would like to cancel my contract unfortunately the lines are too busy. Then again this morning I received a bank notification that Vodacom has deducted 660 Rands from my account which I was not aware of, I had to phone Vodacom to enquire and I was told that it’s an annual increase which I felt it’s so unfair because I was not notified of this. I got so angry that how come such a huge increment without my knowledge, it happens that Voda sales person made a typing error here with my email address, and that is absolutely not my mistake. hence I did not receive the notification of increment. I’m so disappointed you know I’ve been using Vodacom for almost 20yrs if not 21 yrs and now I feel like I am being ******..,,,
Good day We went to Pedros Chicken Eastrand Mall, yooh the waitresses there, so rude and unfriendly. Fine we sat on a table that was dirty expecting that obviously some1 will come to clear it but nothing, I tempted to take a tray to clear it, but the lady with a tattoo on her right hand (love tatoo) the waitress, rudely stopped me..by then I thought she will immediately attend to it but no, she made us wait longer than expected…the way she looked so angry when she finally came she was even hitting my daughter on the head with the ******* she was cleaning from the table. I was so shocked, in my years of going to restaurants, never received such disrespect.
Good day I have returned my late baby’s unused items on Friday 27 December which were never used since I had a stillborn, now mom and me is giving excuses to refund me, saying that the car seat have scratches n looks like it was used or installed…which never happened, my son never got a chance to get on it and I also did not get a chance to install it. This shows that they had sold me the car seat that had scratches, how can it get scratches from the box? The lady who received my items promised to refund me the same day she received them, and also now she’s mentioning that she can only pay once all the items are returned wherelse I did buy the items on the same day. This is so painful 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I went to springs mall Truworths to return my late baby’s clothes, and unfortunately the manager refused. I was very much aware that it was after two months, unfortunately one does not plan to deliver a stillbirth. I felt like I was being laughed at.. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I have been a customer for a very long time, the treatment was unexpected
I went to Springs Mall Vodacom store, yooh what a not welcoming staff, who doesn't even know their own stock,.. To make matters even worse, they made fun of a customer (white lady) with some Zulu remarks... I felt so disappointed that in 2024 there are still people who treat customers like that.
What a horrible experience and treatment I have received from rain network, I regret the moment I took it. I have been complaining with my router from last year December to rain via countless phone calls and emails with no lack...Just spoke to Yolanda who was not even helpful to start with. People stay away from rain is a ****. Now I have requested cancelation and I've just received an sms saying that they will deducting money again end off the month, for what? I have already paid for nothing this month, so why should I pay again. I have never seen agents so helpless and unprofessional.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance.. Myway has done it again with one of their amazing agent Kwandile khanyile, what a wonderful, caring and remarkable service I received... Kwandile keep up the good job. When an agent is also concerned about your health not only about the accident 😢😢. Myway, One good decision I made.
I phoned myway insurance today with regard to my car policy inspection, since I've seen that it's not showing on myway app. I spoke to the lady by the name of Nomsa Mokoena, guess what she resolved the issue in no time and also emailed me a copy of the inspection. She was so sweet, friendly n helpful. I give her 10/10
