Mom and me Boksburg

I have returned my late baby’s unused items on Friday 27 December which were never used since I had a stillborn, now mom and me is giving excuses to refund me, saying that the car seat have scratches n looks like it was used or installed…which never happened, my son never got a chance to get on it and I also did not get a chance to install it. This shows that they had sold me the car seat that had scratches, how can it get scratches from the box?

The lady who received my items promised to refund me the same day she received them, and also now she’s mentioning that she can only pay once all the items are returned wherelse I did buy the items on the same day. This is so painful 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
