I ordered a microwave oven and am still waiting for the delivery. I phoned the company the first time to ask about this and the lady from the receiving end, Lizzy, asked for my order number which I gave and she said "she'll flow up on the order and get back to me after she has spoken to her boss, Wayne, because she was only a receptionist and not in charge of orders". After not getting a response for the rest of the day, I phoned in again the following morning to enquire, and Lizzy told me that Wayne was in a meeting but she will remind him about this. Again there was no response for the whole day and I phoned before close of business and Lizzy told me the same thing; "she would remind Wayne". On Day 3 in my attempt to get some sort of explanation, I went through the same cycle. I asked for a refund and was again told the same story about Wayne. I honestly do not recommend Find Your Deal to anyone. It is now day 10 and no word from them. They scammed me out of my money; R2404.00!!!
Item PE612566236ZA was last scanned at WITSPOS (HUB) on the 19th August 2015 at 22:18:50 I have been endlessly calling the number that is on the website, but that number does not go through! This is really frustrating, even more so when one reads other customer complaints to find that this seems to be a norm with SA Post Office! This is a major inconvenience. What is the telephone number that I can call and who the person responsible for all this?
