My vehicle was taken in for a fuel pump repair, on the day of collection we arrived and the vehicle had been damaged!. The driver from the washbay area and reversed the vehicle into a pole and damaged our boot door and tyre cover to the point where is has to be replaced. Ford did not bother to notify us of this until we had arrived! They have not taken any responsibility and have blamed the washbay company. It took over a week for the assessor to arrive, then again no feedback until we sent emails. All this time Ford has remained silent and not even a courtesy mail. To today ,my vehicle has still not been repaired.
Chadwick was my consultant and amazing, i never had time for the call but he never gave up and kept calling. I did eventually finalised everything today and now my pet is insured.
I booked return flights for my parents from Dbn to Jhb on the 1st of September, payment was made via the SID system, I got to the point where I entered the OTP the money has been paid from my account and I have a proof of payment, but the the system went back to select your bank account screen.<br> I contacted the live support and the contact centre, mailing numerous people the proof of payment and all I get is they will forward this to IT and will get back to me, no one could answer me whether it will be done before the flight which is on Thursday, 3rd September.<br> This is has wasted my time and money contacting different people and being put on hold, as proof of payment was sent and all I need is to receive my tickets.<br> When I queried whether I could get a refund the agent said that it may not happen before Thursday so at this point, I have no tickets and no refund, and my parents are still unsure on whether they will be flying up to Durban.
