Good day. I'm very disappointed with the bad quality of service I've been getting. I currently have a pending cancellation. I ordered uncapped service late November, received router 2nd December, I requested cancellation on 3rd due to it not working, including no option to accommodate the pods as it needs fibre - something the Agent did not explain upon ordering. Up to date I'm waiting for the router to be collected and still no refund of a total of R999. Please can this be sorted out, as I've been to your offices in Roodepoort in December 2021 and got no assistance face to face with the relevant department. I had to call, but the agent was clueless and not able to assist accordingly. All he said was that I was going to be refunded and zero to date! Your cancellations@supersonic.co.za doesn't bother to respond except sending me an automated response and no phonecall. This is the worse company I had to deal with!
The receptionist did not follow procedures with the new extended visits requirement from my medical health company whereby one follows protocol by visiting a Nurse at either Clicks or Dischem and only thereafter go see a doctor. I was allowed to see the doctor and upon submitting my claim did I had to find out that I had to pay out of my own pocket. Explanation I was given is that the medical aid company changed procedures due to Covid-19, which by the way is untrue, as I called and was given the correct information. What made me so upset is that I felt as if the practice is only interested in making money by trapping patients with no prior questionnaire of the new procedure once you're making an appointment or once you arrive there. Furthermore, I requested to make payment by the end of the month and that was completely denied, though I have been with this practice close to 10 years old! I'm so done with them!
In July 15, I bought a 2005 BMW X5 from this auto dealership and within 3 days started experiencing one problem after the other. The vehicle underwent a complete scan at BMW and replacement of coils to radiators etc, was done which cost me about R30,000 in addition to the R124,000 cash I purchased the vehicle for. After numerous attempts to get it sorted out with the dealership the only response was that I signed that the vehicle was in good condition upon purchase and driving away with the vehicle. Also that had I taken and paid for a 24mth guarantee/insurance with them then it would be covered, which at the time of purchase I told him that I was going to think about it and revert. How on earth was I suppose to know that it had underlying faults, as prior to purchase I was guaranteed that all was in good working condition. Up to date I haven't received any positive feedback from the owner and I feel he keeps on avoiding me. This is extremely annoying and frustrating, cause though it's a secondhand vehicle, one still expects it to be driving and not completely stop in less than a week of purchase. I found Lawrence to be dishonest and not fair whilst conducting his business.
