INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE
I took time off work on Wed (9 Dec 15) to go signup for a new cellphone contract with the store. I made sure I had all the necessary documents to avoid delays. I was assured I will get the phone the same day once I qualify so I was patient enough to wait till the application is done. I waited over 1h30min only to be told the system is offline HOW INCREDIBLE! I made an arrangement with the consultant to call me the next morning for an update. The next morning (10 Dec15) I did not receive any call, so I found customer care line online who advised Fourways Crossing branch was experiencing phone \CONNECTION"problems. I had to take time off work AGAIN to find out about progress. Fortunately my application was successful but was advised my downloaded Internet banking statements won't work therefore needed get stamped bank statements. I wish they had informed me before driving to their store as I do not work far from the FNB branch. Anyway"

BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I took my Ford to BrilliantShine for Window replacement after it got broken into during the week. I received a very warm welcome from a Gentleman by the name of Thomas who was patient enough to listen to me vent out my car problems and sympathize with me during this difficult time. I received a quote from one of the Ford dealers who promised to deliver the new window within 3-4 days. I waited over 7days without delivery. Thomas went out of his way to order the Window from one of Ford Accredited suppliers who made it avail the next day. Thomas gave me a GREAT deal on fixing up the car. I dropped off my dirty car the next day and a gentleman by the name of Mark dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was ready. My car had an old small bumper scratch that proved expensive to fix (quotes around R2500), not only did they wash my car CLEAN but they fixed my bumper scratches for FREE :-) AWESOME! Oh oh and since I'm a lover of Biltong, they just happened to have some inhouse and currently running special prices but guess what...that was on the house too DOUBLE AWESOME!! Totally forgot about my car problems haha! What an Incredible Customer Service by Brilliant Shine :-)
