DEBIT ORDER FOR AMOUNT DID NOT KNOW OF
My husband took 4 FNB Connect simcards with our Devices. The advert says 2g+2g(night) for R95 pm and the other 2 says 1g+1g(night) for R65, this was in July.<br> <br> So as we go on end of this Aug month there is a Debit order of R1043.95 (UNKNOWN for us!) the devices is of but what is this,as we called the consultants said that it is for out of bundle rates!!! The 2gig and 1 gig was finished and after that they charged us out of bundle rates! This is Bullshit to us! NO ONE at FNB Connect explained that or said anything about that when we ordered this, I mean really my children is 5 and 8 years old and playing tablet games with that 1gis simcards and they definitely do not use 1gig as they downloaded there games and I turned off the mobile data so they could not be out of bundle dates, and they said the next account for out of bundle dates is for end sept R1400!!! What Bullshit is this and it is a lot of money and they will definitely not refund us but I want to know how, why and it is impossibleto use R65 of R95 for the 1 & 2 gig and R1043 and now R1400 for data as we don't even go on the internet!!!<br> <br> Very unhappy!<br>

Rude and can't do wheel alignment properly
Took our car for wheel alignment 2 days ago, still car go's to the left it is not aligned straight on road<br> Took it back today the guy helping us so rude and took the car to test, he did not ask if the car has anti-hijacked in, so he was left halfway to test next to the road as the anti-hijacked went off and he did not know where to press it off, so when he came back he was very mad and said the rim of the wheel is damaged that is why the alignment is out!!! My husband was furious!!!! Never was that wheel or car or rim damaged and we asked him where do you see the rim is damaged??? he said it is that is why alignment or the car is going to the left if you leave the steering wheel! Bullshit they don't know how to do wheel alignment and charge you R200 for what, for nothing!!Now we must go the another place,pay again to do the wheel alignment correct! Won't recommend that branch to anyone!! That person is rude and can't do wheel alignment!
