I have been enquiring about my dividend pay-outs with Vodacom with no avail, I have been sent from pillar to post without any fruitful outcome. My name is Joyce Mutula and on several occasions I have been contacting your call centre to enquire about my dividend pay-out and the last correspondence which I had on the 28/05/2021 I was told that my dividends will be paid out by the 11th of June 2021 but till to date no payment has been made to my account. It is really frustrating to say the least because I am always phoning your call centre but seemingly my enquiries are not taken into serious consideration, even this morning I asked my son to call of which he spoke to Tanika, who promised to call me but never did. I don’t really understand why it should be a mission to get what is due to me, so it will be very pivotal that you revert back to me on the update for my dividend pay-out.
This morning I decided to take my wife and brother out for breakfast at Mimos restaurant (Reds Mall). On our arrival at the restaurant, the waiters there totally ignored us and serves only whites customers. We waited for almost 30 minutes without being served and mind you the tables were available. The waitress only attended white customers and choose to ignore us completely, I them approached the supervisor to please send us someone to assist us but nevertheless we waited for another 15 minutes without being served. We then decided to leave the restaurant and go elsewhere.<br> <br> I was utterly disappointed with the level of poor service and discrimination that I received from Mimos restaurant.
