Dealt with Xander many times over the last couple of years - what a pleasure! The watches are also of great quality and their recommendations go a long way too and watches always meet expectations- rating, pictures and actuals always on point.
I have a company account with Autopage Cellular, and have for the last two months been struggling with cancelling a contract. The contract should have been cancelled on the 28/06 (I have an email from an Autopage employee - Sibusiso Mlambo stating this). However, I have been billed for this contract in Jul and Aug. <br> After trying to repeatedly get hold of someone to assist within the accounts department, I am told to hold while they transfer me to someone in accounts who can assist -- however, for a telecommunications company, their own call centres have poor reception, as the line is noisy and at most times it is difficult to hear the agents. When they transfer me, the call is cut - this has happened three times in the space of a day. <br> I am absolutely frustrated with the lack of understanding, compassion and level of service that Altech have for their customers. <br>
