YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!!! When I call the office, the receptionist doesn't even answer the call, the call gets transferred to who knows when and then the call gets cut. When selecting the option to track your parcel, you call is placed on hold and then gets cut? NOW dealing with you on Facebook via messenger and the CHAT stops with no assistance??? HOW CAN WE GET OUR PARCEL THAT WAS RECEIVED by Fastway Couriers on the 23/12/2022. TODAY is the 11/01/2023 and NOTHING???????
We have been trying for over 1 week to get Transunion to remove someone else's ID from my husband credit report which was an error on their side. We have gone to their offices, we have been dealing with Joeleen Williams who is apparently the Compliance Officer. She never returns emails, you can never get hold of her on her landline and I have left messages with no calls back. SHOCKING!!!
I received the toner and the R100,00 Woolworths Voucher on the 10/05/2019 and I haven't opened the package nor used the voucher and I need to return the goods as the printer in question is no longer working and I am waiting to purchase a new printer and C&N Imaging Products refuse to let me send it back as they have a 5 day return policy. IF I HAVEN'T OPENED THE PACKAGE NOR USED YOUR VOUCHER HOW CAN YOU REFUSE???????
I took a loan of R2500-00, with a repayment of R3041-96 to be debited on the 12/02/2015. On the 13/02/2015 an amount of R3041-96 was taken by Wonga. I then get an sms in June that I still owe R199-37, I don't argue and I make a payment on the 29/06/2015. LOW AND BEHOLD I get another sms today to contact WONGA. They cant even pick up the phone!!!! NOW I get told that I owe R219-31. I REFUSE TO PAY ANOTHER CENT TO WONGA...
Well going on 6 months down the line and still no joy with Spectramed. Monthly installements not allocated again, so our medical aid has been lapsed again. Still waiting for Letuka Thapo to come back to me with the voice recording to prove that I was told to pay R2000-00 co-payment and not R1000-00 and called them on Friday and was promised that the Team Leader Tumi will call me back, WELL, today is Tuesday and I am still waiting... SHOCKING, SHOCKING SERVICE SPECRAMED?????
