Still no payment after 10 days of claim
I took up a funeral insurance cover with Ramaph financial services through Brown Mosiapoa Burial Society on 01-Jun-2015. On 14-Dec-2015 I submitted a claim at the Brown Mosiapoa offices and was told to expect the money in 72 hours

No refund 21 days later
I cancelled my policy with Old mutual in July, however the August premium was debited from my account. I called Old mutual and the consultant advised me to send an email with proof of payment
