Claim
My name is Jacob.I experience a bad treatment from Ramaph group.I submitted claim on Thursday late with funeral to take place on Sunday.I got email of id number with lady number not visible which I rectified.Expecting my claim to be processed another email of documents needed.I submitted required documents certified at police station.0733047633 my number

Bad service, turnaround time a real mess
Claim turnaround time its a mess, they always want to find an issue to defend their delayed turnaround time. If you don't have any saving you will never bury your loved ones because they pay after the funeral.

Still no payment after 10 days of claim
I took up a funeral insurance cover with Ramaph financial services through Brown Mosiapoa Burial Society on 01-Jun-2015. On 14-Dec-2015 I submitted a claim at the Brown Mosiapoa offices and was told to expect the money in 72 hours
