Pep asseblief se vir die /julle mense Hoeu op Om my daagliks bel. Dot is vir my te feel.I can't take anymore as almost 3 call daily.I can't explain this at each and every caller.Dit is genoeg.

Some months back my wife lost smartphone and got injured at work which resulted in knee operation.Dealing with stress using crunches we went to four Jet stores to get a new card to pay account but were told to bring a smartphone.I then bought her smartphones of which last Friday we went to Jet store for new card. Unfortunately we were told of her account be handed to Daly Credit/debt collector..I for one think this is absolutely uncalled for as matter was reported and negative response from Jet resulted in us deciding to get smartphone as requested.This serves to inform other customers as to what will happen in case they got into an unexpected situation.I at some stage lost my Pep card but within 10 minutes I was given a new card without smartphone.

My wife is employed at Festive Chicken farm under Astral.She was injured at work ehich resulted to a knee operation. She has not been paid ehich at some time manager pr supervisor called me to inform my wife to come to come back at work so that they can claim for her compensation. She has been to doctors appointment without company assistance.She is back at work using crutches to ealk.She tried calling HR regarding payments but eas told that the same HR forget to submitt paper or report for payment. At wages department she eas told to fill in leave forms for days lost.With no safety officer supervisor or manager fill in injury on duty forms.My wifes accounts have been handed to lawyers and policies lapsed .At that company there are several employees injured with no compensation.Others lost finger .The only emporment is health and safety with certifate not accredited.They work 24 days with 4days to res in a month.At some stage they work till late and have to pfovife themselves transpirt.Promotion is sourced from other farms.I am sick and tired of companies that still disrespect their employees. My mame os Jacob.My wife is employed at Fesitve Farm.She was injured at work and therafter eas taken tp hospitaal.She suffered a knee injury which resulted into knee operation. Doctor bookef her off sick but the company decided not to pay her pay supposed to earn which ended om her accounts not being paid.She was told to come to work even if she is still on crutches so as company could claim for compensation.Injury on duty was completed by manager/supervisor instea of safety officer (no safety officer at that company. She is even working using crutches with no payment. She has to go to loan sharks to make ends meet.For this mpnth she wprkef fpr almost the whole month but still unpaod.She tried contacting hr who also coudnt help of which at wages she was told to fill in forms for leave to be paid which is not possible for employee with injury on duty.She even has to pay transport for doctors appointment.All required doctors letters were submitted to the company but nothing helped.labour law seems to be ignored as per above statement.
My name is Jacob.My wife as loyal Jet clothing ,lost a smartphone and jet payment card.We then went to jet for payment but were told to get a smartphone for a new jet payment card.We tried trie other branches of which smartphones were only solution to a new card.My wife got injufed af work which resulted in k ee operation. Theraftsr we got message from lawyers claimkng to be sent by jet.I last month went to Pep for my lost card which took them 5minutes to get a new one of which no smartphone was used.This message serces to warn jet customers as to what to expect on losing their card.Can just put pride aside go ask Pep on how to help customers on lost card issue.I am foally dissapointed by jet
