I bought a refurbished phone, it ceased to work 5 months later. Took it in for repairs weeks ago. I am without a phone no one cares.. why would they sell refurbished phones and do not act with speed if the phones have problems
I bought a refurbished I phone 12 last year September, the phone just suddenly stopped working. I then went to Markhams Mall of Africa, I provided my purchase details of which could be confirmed on their system. They could not book in the phone as they kept on asking the name of the provider which supp**** this phone, how could I know because I bought from bash website. Poor poor case handling. I went back the today, after showing them the receipt they took it and told me that they will communicate. I do not know when will it be back, what’s their turnaround time. Lesson learnt bye a phone direct from phone retailers
No sense of urgency. You will struggle to bury your loved ones. Its almost two weeks after the passing of my grand mother, they have not paid my claim.
Claim turnaround time its a mess, they always want to find an issue to defend their delayed turnaround time. If you don't have any saving you will never bury your loved ones because they pay after the funeral.
It’s been months since my subscription with Home-connect, the service that one has been experiencing with this service provider one must really share. Poor poor customer care, poor service , poor communication. Can you imagine on a weekend no internet and no body seems to care. You log a ticket because they are out if reach by 14:00 believe in me no body will attend to it. Can someone recommend a provider that leaves up to their standard
I have applied for connection last year December moving from supersonic, my application was not processed no update and only on the 26 of March 2022 I receive an email confirming delivery of a router not even checking if I already have secured other service providers three weeks later no internet, I have sent an email, I have used their WhatsApp services. I called in and every time I am told that the technicians will come back to me. Do they really deserve to be paid for services not rendered. Responsiveness is a disaster
