NEVER AGAIN !!! Shocking shocking shocking service. I bought a plan ticket and needed to change a flight. Call the contact Centre who refused to take card details amd said I must do an EFT which is did within 5 minutes. I then spent over THREE house holding on lines over 24 hours and NO ONE !!!! could allocate the payment to the flight. This is a connecting flight. No one seems to care, no one has authority, no urgency - just DAMN AWEFUL SETVICE. DO NOT USE CEMAIR. You will be VERY disappointed !!!!!!!!!
I ordered shoes in the middle of August. Not having received them now the middle of September I decided to follow up. Have sent multiple emails to Hannah with no feedback. Reading HelloPeter now I see they are scammers. Wish I’d looked at Hello Peter first. Don’t touch them !!! You will never get your order and apparently when you do they are from China amd very bad quality. Definitely not what is in the picture.
SHOCKING!! DISGUSTING!! APPALLING SERVICE VODACOM !!!! Six week's ago I went into the Hillcrest branch and completed forms to port my number to Vodacom. One would think gaining business would be something Vodacom would value !!! But NO. I was told that I had to wait for the following month end and my number would be ported. I waited the six weeks and anxiously waited for the 1st September 2021. The 1st came and went and nothing. This morning (4/9/21) I called the Hillcrest Branch at 09:00, to receive a voice message that I had called after hours and should use the Whatspp Chanel. I sent a message and now almost 12 hours later I have had NO response. At around 10:00 I walked into the Branch to try amd establish why my number had not yet been ported. The salesman I had dealt with was not in. Shocked to the core the supervisor told me they COULD NOT HELP !!!! and I had to wait till Monday. Does Vodacom have so much business they don’t need another client !!!!! I’m now seriously considering going across to Vodacom. Is this a Hillcrest Branch issue or a VODACOM ISSUE Will I get a response to this message !!! Appalled !!!
I have been a customer of Vodacom since 1996, noted as a platinum customer from vodacom. I was going to move my contract to another provider and at time of contract renewal was “convinced” by Vodacom to stay with them. Well what a mistake!!!!! I started working with the Retensions department and came to an agreement on my new contract package, I was sent the contract renewal and upon receiving it noted it was not what we agreed. I contacted the person who I worked with, he was “not available” and was promised he would call me back. This call just never came, I called every day, sometimes more that once a day and was told the same thing over and over - he will call me back. Here is the next shock - after 21 calls into the retentions area, you’re call is BLOCKED !!!!! so, you don’t get a call back - AND you are blocked from calling in. Came the 1st July - my contract was adjusted INCORRECTLY !!!! and I still could not get hold of anyone and no one is coming back to me. Next shock !!!! Last week I ran out of data (as I am on the wrong contract ). Despite being on contract my contract simply stoped using data. I cannot top up and therefore cannot function. I’m an executive in an organization where I require my mobile to be functioning 24hrs a day. And again, despite calling every day , I’m yet to get ANYONE to resolve my issue and call me back. I absolutely regret staying with Vodacom - the customer service albeit being dealt with in retention department is absolutely SHOCKING !!! Here is the next shocker - im supposed to get a new phone with the upgrade - you guessed right - I do date have no new phone delivered, no communication, I’m now lost, I have an incorrect contract - no new phone, blocked calling retentions, no one to assist. Where do I turn to !!!!!!! What shocking - disgusting service !!!
In April 2015 I over paid my account by R6000. I sent in a request to have the excess paid back into my bank account. Despite numerous email and phone calls I am yet to receive my refund. Woolworths appear to be very quick to take money from customers but not to pay back want is due. This have left a very bitter experience and view of Woolworths. I am a domestic worker and am struggling without these funds and yet Woolworths do not seem to care. Customer experience ZERO. Will they on me interest for the money I've lost - I doubt it. But they are very quick to charge overdue accounts.
