Advertised on facebook
A company called easycashloans advertised on face book. I app**** for a loan. They went into my account znd promptly took 580 then 250 then 360 then said I must have 260 in my account before the loan vould be paid. Then the took it. I was told it was a mistake snd I would be refunded. I was told put 1000 in the account. Thus they took as well as the balance in my account. Now they say I must wait for payday. Then I was told I must dispute the debit orders and the lian will be paid. In total so far they gave taken R4275.

Fraudulent micro loan
<div>There is a company called Ocean Finance who advertise micro loans at 4% interest. They give you a contract with everything laid put. You have to pay for document security then you have to pay the vat. Then they make you sign the contract. Then theye promise you the earth that the loan will be paid out. Days later after regular contact with them and continual promises, no loan, no moneed. Just their way of scamming people out of their money</div>

Very poor service delivery
Almost 2 months ago I logged a call to have my line moved to my new address. I have had numerous email, sms and phone calls scheduling when they would come and install the line. The last call was on Friday when the technician promised they would be at my house on 04/04 and nothing happens.<br> I have made almost daily phone calls to 10210 the last was yesterday. Every time I am on the call for about 30 minutes<br> Yesterdays call was 35 min and cost me R60<br> The people at the call centre continually apoligise for the inconvenience and promise that the call will be attended to. I spoke to the Supervisor who promised me that they would give me feedback before the end of the work day<br> And NOTHING!!!!<br> What needs to be done to get Telkom to do something

very poor response from telkom 10210
I have phoned Telkom 10210 5 times in the last couple of days. I am trying to find out what happened to a router which was supposed to be sent to me with my 8ta 10x10 upgrade. Each time I spend between 20 to 30 min (phoning from my cellphone) and although I get an initial response, they \put"me through to the \""correct\"" department all I hear is the irrating \""friendly\"" recordrd voice AND ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE!!!!!! """

instant loans scam!!!!
Applied for a loan. Signed a contract paid R8000 fees. No loan is forthcoming. Huge scam. People must be warned that this instant loan company is a scam
