We ordered food and after 2 hours when I called to check on my order the owner told me I am wasting his time and the food would be ready when it was ready Appalling service
Two weeks ago we went into this store to order take seats. It took almost an hour to get our order Today we order through BOLT and it has been two hours with no delivery. When I phone the store the owner tells me I am wasting his time and he is busy that my order will be ready when it’s ready Appalling service
We hired Dani as our decorator, she recommended an upholsterer to make armchairs. We were surprised at the cost of the armchairs R8370.45, Dani assured us the quality and workmanship of upholsterer was far superior to anything else we would find and they came with a life time guarantee. We were overseas so Dani handled design and chose a fabric on our behalf. Dani invoiced us and we paid her a deposit and then the final amount before the chairs were delivered. We queried paying the final amount before actually seeing the chairs, Dani assured us that she had signed them off at the factory and was happy with them. On delivery, Dani was with us, she was unhappy with the chairs, despite having signed them off at the factory before delivery. The arms were uneven, the upholstering had not been done properly, the fabric was pulling at all the seams and the legs were uneven. We have since sent the chairs back twice over the last three months and they are still not right and the fabric is damaged. Dani will not reply to our messages and is refusing to do anything to help us, the manufacturer Bellacraft, is saying that it is Dani's fault as she chose the fabric and she must solve the issue
TELKOM installed our ADSL on 8/7/15, it has not worked properly since day 1 and we have had NO ADSL since the first week in August. Have called tech support, reported by e-mail, reported on FB page. Have been promised that our case has been escalated. They have still charged us for the service and in fact overcharged us on EVERY account so far. They have already tried to charge me once for a call out fee to fix THEIR line problem and I have now been threatened with a call out fee again to fix THEIR line problem. They have not replied to e-mails and I am at my wits end. I am only contactable via e-mail at [Email Removed]
