Please never buy any castles or slides at Georgies Inflatable from Francois. He is a smooth talker and makes a lot of promises. I had to pay before he said he can send the castle and slide. After paying , it took a month before getting my slide and castle. That came with a lot of fighting, messages and calls. After receiving my castle and slide I started renting it out. After 5 times of renting it, both started tearing on stitching areas. And both is under 1 year guarantee. Again after a lot of frustration, messages and calls just to get both collected. I had to wait 4 months for restoration and again out of a lot of frustration, messages and calls I got them back. They came back the same and not fixed, still all the stitches that tore loose. Now I am waiting a whole month again to get them exchanged like Francois the owner promised me and nothing. So I paid all this money for things laying in the garage not able to use them. He doesn't answer my message or come back to me. He is a smooth talker and full of promises. Lost a lot of money
First they billed me a cancelled contract that I cancelled in June, finally they have stoped my contract in Sep. Ok so I dont owe them money but this month they deducted money out of my account a strange amout that I dont owe. And I have phoned them 3 times before they have deducted the money and they told me I only need to make a payment of R30. And that's all, and still they deduct their own amout of money.Stugeling so much with them. Asked the to also sms me the banking details and ref nr then I received I owe them R30 and ABSA. Ok so what is the account nr, ref nr? So I phoned again so that they could send it to me, they said they will but received nothing. Phoned them the third time so that lady send me the sms but the wrong amout of R149??? How long is this going to go on. Phoned again then another lady told me I owe the R600 and something. Seriously? So in the end I did pay them the R30 as told and still deducted money out of my account that I don't owe them of R149. I've been struggling with Telkom for so long now, unbelievable!
I have 2 contracts with telkom my samsung mobile and then the 10 gig internet sim card. So we are struggling with the internet signal, so I waited my 2 years as they said and cancelled that 10gig internet contract on the 29th of June 2015. They filled in papers and gave me a number to say that the contract is cancelled. But my contract is still not cancelled and now they are billing me since June. They said there is a delay because they have to find out about the bad signal. But I didn't ask them to delay my contract or anything, I went in to cancel my contract and they wanted a reason, so I gave them one. Now I have to pay because they are delaying it. Now I want to know are they even going to pay the money back? I have phone them but tells me every time they have logged my call and will phone me back! They have never phoned me! Please help me to stop my contract and get my money back!
