I feel I was ****med this company does not communicate i sent an enquiry via the live chat and emailed but no feedback. so disappointed cause it looked very legit :-(
I am Heidy Jacobs in April I received an account of R1800, end of May my account was R3254. I have my call packages so how can my account exceed the stipulated amount was my query in store and via email to customer care but no answer. After contacting 808 they said my limit was not set to zero. meaning I had an open contact, which I did not sign for. Now my question is is the staff not trained well enough or is this just another way of MTN abusing their customer's budgets? Last but not least I am also sitting with a windows phone that I cannot connect to WIFI because it does not register WIFI but don't think MTN can help because they never have WIFI because they are only issued a certain amount of WIFI data
