No reply for Fun Holidays

I am a owner at Fun Holidays Margate Sands sins 1987, Last year in September when I want to make a booking for a period early October the Lady just tell me not in a very friendly way that I cant make any bookings. On Monday I phone again to make a reservation and the friendly Michelle told me that the Lady who can help me with a booking due to the fact that I am a owner is Louise, but Louise is just busy with clients but as soon as she is finished she will phone me. Needless to say that is Thursday already and did not received any calls from Louise up to now. Now I just want to find out if I did not gave a written notice that we would not make our reservation the hire out our week en we did not receive a dime for our week, (that was what happen last year).<br> <br> Does it matter that I am a owner or not?<br> <br>
