it surprises me to say the least that we cannot have peace of mind that any network service provider is actually for customers and solving problems without ATTITUDES. i have requested a port from my current network provider to Telkom mobile i am absolutely putrefied by the principals agents carry out. on Saturday i went into store at the Telkom Phoenix branch and requested a port it was confirmed and done the same story about the port taking 24 to 48hours was mentioned by the telkom sales man however he failed to mention that the porting department is only open on Mondays to Fridays first Ive ever heard and only found out by calling in several times, i find out that there is still no port on my number my current network provider says it has been released to telkom but the agent at telkom says they have no trace of it!!!! Telkom mobile has just started off but with pathetic customer experiences its rated 0 from me, to think all my business and home contract line are with them i have now the right mind set to change everything back to my old network. AS FOR THE BRANCH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR SOME1 TO EVER PICK UP THE TELEPHONE THEY JUST COMPLETELY IGNORE CALLS.
we have received pathetic services in regards to communication of staff at Pick n Pay Umlhanga crescent they have attitudes as if we were not paying for our groceries but they behave as if they give us free things. i am sick and tired of this store and really think it should be either taken over by new owners who can revamp everything including staff and their services cause PnP is a huge cross country grocery store and this branch completely lets the name down. PLEASE DO SOMETHING about this as the MANAGER AT THIS BRANCH NAMED DEAN, STAFF CHRISTINA AND PAM should really start bucking up cause their services are pathetic and attitudes are beyond terrible and this type of job is certainly not for them if they do not have the criteria of customer services and how to speak.
we were approached by a guy with a scratch and win card in umhlanga by the light house we had all 3 shapes and was told we won a prize so we went up to the WOOLWORTHS building to sit through a presentation so the sales guy who is rude and i will certainly never refer anyone to named Xzavier made us sign documents telling us this was for our prize and we did, today at 7.30am R5700 was taken out of our account BUT here's to pay back being a bad girl that account we gave them was a spare account we had with NO money my partner as been to the bank to make sure this was canceled off hahahahahahhaha who's LAUGHING now yet they made us run around for an answer and even the owners wife herself did not take my call after i told her what happen. i called the owner i called in and spoke to the sales guy Xzavier and got sworn at which was unethical. But im most happy knowing that they TRIED but your scam didnt work!!!
