STARS furnishings please stay away they are very unprofessional and the boss lady Lina is a someone to avoid .I bought a 2 seater couch in good faith and upon delivery I noticed defective workmanship which was totally unacceptable. I immediately cancelled the purchase and requested a full refund including the delivery costs . I was refunded the purchase cost of the couch but not for the delivery fee which l find very unfair.She has now blocked my phone thinking all is ok. You don’t treat customers this way and didn’t appreciate your rudeness.
<p>We took a 24 month Cell-c contract with glocell in the required time to qualify for the MSC cruise. I register and got my unique code on 13 May 2016. Phoned 1 November early the morning to register. Had to phone again on 2 November because I had not received the forms as said I would. On 3 November 2016 I sent all attached forms as required. Sins then I phoned a few times, I was first told we will receive a mail that week. The following week I was told, someone will phone me later that day. From the following day that phone line was never answered again. The forms was sent in about 3 times.</p> <p>We received an SMS on 29 November 2016 to say 30 November was the last date to book, with extra trips available. I chose the trip from Cape Town to nowhere for 13-15 Jan 2017. If that is not available we will like to choose the one Cape Town to Mossel Bay 20 Jan 2017 or if that one is not available we will choose Cape Town to nowhere 28 April 2016.</p> <p>I have now sent these forms about 5 times.</p> <p>I read on Hello Peter the replies that was given to frustrated customers. They were told, all those that qualified will received feedback Thursday 12/1/2017. Today is Friday 13/1/2017 and still nothing! None of the phone lines get answered.
