Excellent Service
I bought a Hisense fridge from Fair Price in Benoni (Princes Ave). I requested service for the fridge, and it was repaired within 2 days. Excellent service. Thank you Jeanine.

Russells Benoni
To anyone considering buying on credit. (Russels Benoni) Beware that they will load additional charges for the amount of R5000, on a R7000 order (initiation fees, admin fees, goods insurance, life insurance & R 700 delivery fees). And then the ridiculous 24.75% interest!!. I ordered on 14.12.2024, but my order was only sent to the warehouse 4 days later. The branch claimed that they had a flood. Now I have to wait an additional six days. So TEN days for delivery. This is on par with the rest of the service in South Africa. Well done Nomfundo & team.

Extreme Costs Involved
For anyone thinking of opening an account with Russells (Connect Financial Solutions). Please take this into consideration. There will be R889 initiation fee, R2484 service fee, R928 Life insurance, R 695 delivery fee, R 1979 goods insurance, and to top it off, 24.75% interest. So additional charges for the amount of R 5386 on a R 7069 order, over 36 months. Total amount payable R 16737. And the service, not that great. Still don't know when I will be receiving my order. Maybe in this week, as per the branch. Be aware.

Excellent Service
I bought lights from the Lighting Warehouse. Upon arrival, one of the lights were broken. I only had to send one email, and my replacement was delivered the very next day. If only we could get the same service all over. Thank you Zanele & team

I paid for a lotto ticket on 19.07.2024. There was never any lotto ticket issued on my account. I reported this on 23.07.2024. Until now Capitec bank ignored me. I am letting you ******* know today. Do Not Buy From Fair Price
I bought a bed set from Fair Price, and the mattress had defects. After 22 days of trying to replace it myself, I logged a complaint with the Ombudsman. They then replaced the mattress within one day. But the second mattress is also full of defects. I tried again by myself to exchange the mattress, but had no success. So I contacted the Ombudsman once again. I am now awaiting a reply. To Anyone struggling with Fair Price. They will ignore you, unless you go out of your way to report them. Please report Fair Price to the Ombudsman and the Consumer Complaints Commission
