Be Ware of booking flights via Travelcheck

I am experiencing problems with Travelcheck We have booked flights using a credit coupon issued by Travelcheck but the airline company has not been paid . Im R45000 out of pocket and do not have a flight Travelcheck do not answer emails or phone calls. Does any one know what is going on ?
