TRAVEL CHECK - *******
These people are disgraceful and full of lies. They knew well that they wished to ***** money from clients, yet they continuously advised that they were processing refunds. I never heard the depth of lies like this before. they blamed Qatar Airlines for the delay, yet Qatar refunded Travel check timeously. Is there any way to trace these deceptive people

Poor post purchase response
I have normally received good service from Travelcheck (past years ago) but am extremely frustrated at the moment. Have been trying since 27May 2023 to get someone to assist me with redeeming my personal coupon code for travel but no-one responds to the emails (not services or ticketing). I just bought another air ticket too on Travelcheck! :( post purchase regret on that now! Don't use them, they don't respond post purchase anymore. They used to be great ...

Refunds not being processed.
We have been struggling for almost a year to get a refund processed by Travelcheck and Qatar Airways. They keep on telling me that they are processing it, but we still have not concrete answers on when this will be resolved. We have sent them all the required information over and over again, but with no success. This is really the worst LACK of Service ever experienced. Refunds not being processed.

Be Ware of booking flights via Travelcheck
I am experiencing problems with Travelcheck We have booked flights using a credit coupon issued by Travelcheck but the airline company has not been paid . Im R45000 out of pocket and do not have a flight Travelcheck do not answer emails or phone calls. Does any one know what is going on ?

Changed names and taken money
I have found out that this company has now folded, and are operating under a different name wemove.io There needs to be some recourse - so anyone that has been de*****ed by Travelcheck needs to unite and we take this forward. Scouring the internet it seems people have lost in excess of a R1,000,000 from this company so there needs to be legal action

TIME TO START LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
LEGAL ACTION REQUIRED - R22,000.00 - Not refunded / no answer / nothing This company seems to be in some form of problem. No client calls or emails are being answered. I did some digging and found the only registered director of TRAVELCHECK: Mr Werner Cawood (8210015117085) Mr Cawood is a registered attorney and director of Cawood Attorneys (315 MELK STREET NIEUW MUCKLENEUK PRETORIA GAUTENG) and he is also an active director in about 40 other companies. He also seems to be a registered 'Business Rescue Practitioner' - so I dare say any client who is looking for a refund might be fighting a loosing battle. I may be lodging a case with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa as being a legally registered Attorney and a Director in TRAVELCHECK he would have a fiduciary duty in some form. Bothe TRAVELCHECK and Cawood Attorneys have the exact same registered address in PTA Lets start a class action case: zero 7 three 5 seven 1 6 zero seven eight
