Refunds not being processed.
We have been struggling for almost a year to get a refund processed by Travelcheck and Qatar Airways. They keep on telling me that they are processing it, but we still have not concrete answers on when this will be resolved. We have sent them all the required information over and over again, but with no success. This is really the worst LACK of Service ever experienced. FRAUDULENT UPGRADE, UNABLE TO CANCEL
I have been struggling since the 3rd of August, as somehow, my mother managed to by mistake upgrade one of my contracts and VODACOM ALLOWED IT. So, since the 5th of August, when we realized what was happening, I have been phoning NON STOP, to get this upgrade reversed.... WITHOUT SUCCESS! Every time I phone, there is some other reason why this is not being processed. NOW, because this was in actual fact a FRAUDULENT upgrade on my contract, I will be taking it further, because, for almost a month, I have been struggling to get this sorted out. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM AGAIN!
