Refunds not being processed.

We have been struggling for almost a year to get a refund processed by Travelcheck and Qatar Airways. They keep on telling me that they are processing it, but we still have not concrete answers on when this will be resolved. We have sent them all the required information over and over again, but with no success. This is really the worst LACK of Service ever experienced. RE 20-03-259893 FW: PTSKV6 - QATAR AIRWAYS
