Changed names and taken money
I have found out that this company has now folded, and are operating under a different name wemove.io There needs to be some recourse - so anyone that has been de*****ed by Travelcheck needs to unite and we take this forward. Scouring the internet it seems people have lost in excess of a R1,000,000 from this company so there needs to be legal action

Thieves
Fraudulent company Owe me R40,000. refuse to answer my emails. Doesn't anyone have an address or number for them. I wont let theses thieves get away with it. Why cant an travel ombudsmen close them down??

Shocking and unsympathetic
The treatment from Store Age has been nothing short of shocking. I have been a valued client paying up front 2 years running on 2 units ( spending in excess of R80,000) . Naturally I have not been able to access my unit which lease ends on 30th of April, for 6 weeks, and now due to level 4 restrictions, I'm not sure when I can feasibly access it. Despite wasted emails trying to explain this, Store Age still want to charge me a full months rent??? It beggars belief. So they are penalising me for a world pandemic, and to boot I'm earning no money at all at the moment, yet they keep counting their cash. They cant even get ( or shouldn't be if they are obeying the law) new business now anyway. Shameful business practice, when all around are trying to pitch in and help.
