Sick and tired of poor service

I bought a brand new trailer from Tygerberg Caravans in the beginning of April. Upon delivery we discovered that the paint on both the lid and nosecone was damaged. I contacted Wesley the salesperson who immediately promised to order new lids. I followed up several times as I never heard from him - worst salesperson ever!. He eventually told me to speak to Marius in the workshop. Marius promised that he would order the lids. Nothing happened. I followed up regularly. On 20 July I contracted Johann Swartz at Jurgens CI who also promised that he will be sort it out. I told him that the sticker on one side was coming off. I followed up a month later and was again told that it will be send that same week. The lids finally arrived just over a week ago but no sticker. I followed up again this morning, Jurgens still hasn't send the sticker. It is now 6 months later and I still haven't used the trailer. I regret ever doing business with Tygerberg Caravans and Jurgens. I should have bought a trailer from Makro or Game instead. Isaac from Tygerberg Caravans is now trying to sort this out, but Jurgens is making empty promises to him as well.
