I ordered from Strom Creations and paid for product labels on the 2nd of this month. Sent her the proof of payment on the 3rd. From requesting an invoice to placing my order I had to be the one who had to keep on reminding her to send me what I asked for. Dominique does not communicate. She has to be nagged to do what she is asked and paid for. She promised to print on the 4th and deliver my order that Friday, it's the 19th and I am still waiting for my order. She's been been giving me excuse after excuse now she doesn't even answer my calls or WhatsApp texts. Dominique has no regard for other people's businesses, their money and time. I commented on their business Instagram page and another customer of hers also commented about the horrible service she received from her, Dominique has since deleted the business Instagram and Facebook accounts. Do not waste your money by ordering from Strom Creations. I am looking of ways to take this further, either I get what I paid for or my money back.

After FNB has been calling offering me to take up a credit card with them I would tell them I already have a credit card with Absa and they offered to pay off my Absa credit card if I take a credit card with them which I eventually did. The consultant at the Maponya mall branch and others over the phone failed to advise that I had to fill in a credit card switch form now I have incurred extra charges for paying Absa personally, I have been getting paid on the 23rd through FNB for 5 years but someone decided that my credit card debit order date will be the 15th knowing that I will change that date and they will make money by billing me pro rata. I was debited R1,333 on the 15th of September and again I will be debited R1,155.50 on the 30th of September so within a period of 15 days I would have paid FNB R2488.50 which is RIDICULOUS no one told me that there is pro rata billed they just said there will be 2 debit orders in the same month because I changed the debit order date but failed to say how much it will be. FNB has gone from the best bank to the WORST bank. I REGRET taking up this credit card with them and I WANT this sorted before that debit order goes off. INCOMPETENCE!!!
