Study debt was settled on 24/03/2015 after call centre agent quoted settlement and confirmed cancellation of debitorder for March 2015.<br> However, debt was settled AND debitorder deducted. When queried I was informed that I can only claim the credit back when 3 months have passed. Followed up 2 June 2015, complete documents and send to Intec. Received confirmation of 3/6/2015 that documents were received and send for processing. On 25/6/2015 I was informed that a consent letter was outstanding. On 7/7/2015 the consent letter was supplied. On 9/7/2015 I was informed by Natasha Martin that they will now be able to proceed with the refund. On 3/8/2015 I was informed that my refund was completed by the Admin department (Credit Opts) signed off by our Manager and now with the General Manager for review. Once he completed the authorisation will be going to the department that liaise with the Finance department in Durban. On 26/8/2015 I was informed that my request for refund was completed and with the department that liaise with the finance department. Still waiting for refund!!!
