LOST OUR PET AFTER A LONG WEEKEND!!

Raluns charged us for 3 cats, took in 3 cats and delivered back to us 2 cats today after a long weekend to our devastated mom. They don't know where the cat has disappeared to between loading and delivery and say that there is nothing that can be done. Thanks for losing one of our precious babies!!!!! Then not even being able to provide us with an approximate location because they don't have any clue as to where she may be. All they can say is that this not about blame! Yes it is!!! We trusted you to care for our pets and now we don't know where she is or whether she is alive. Such blatant negligence cannot go without blame! All it would take for a kindergarden or school to lose credibility is to lose one child. Surely losing even one persons precious fur child deserves the same kind of attention!
