I was phoned by this company and convinced to take the beauty box, which would be paid off over 12 months. I was hesitant at first and felt like I needed more time to think about it. I even expressed all my concerns but the lady was very persistent and at the end I gave in and accepted the box which put a payment plan through on my bank account. After the conversation I decided to do some research and decided that I actually don't want the beauty box. I don't want to be stuck with a 12 month payment plan and by the looks of things it seems to be a problem to cancell it after 12 months. With all my concerns I phoned them twice on the very same day to rather cancell the order and that I don't want to proceed. The problem is they can't just cancell it. It has to go through systems. In my last conversation the lady promised me that she would confirm my cancellation before the end of the day. That didn't happen. My concern is that although I cancelled on the same day within hours, they refuse to confirm my cancellation, they have managed to put a mandate on my bank account for a debit order to the total value of 10k although it's only R205 per month. I didn't agree with this. It's a 12 month payment plan that can go off indefinitely until 10k. This is unacceptable! The bank can't remove the debit order that is scheduled because the company Isabella Garcia put a mandate on the debit order. I can't cancell it. And I don't have any confirmation that they will cancell it. I'm very concerned that this debit order will just go off and that they will just send the package. I don't want it and it will become my problem to try sort out, I'll have to pay extra cost to send them the package back and deal with debit orders going off. I don't find their system legal at all to just load mandated debit orders and I still have not received any emails from them..no paperwork. I didn't sign for anything. And I can't seem to get the cancellation through or any confirmation of the cancellation. Be careful of this company
Absolutely shocking service, the owner Braam Wessels, wants to spend his time arguing about delivery address and sends emails back and forth about petty ****. This has left me with such a bad feeling of red flags! I wouldn't recommend using this company as no reviews can be found and shady emails might be enough to be on alert!
